LiveSafe is a personal safety mobile app that Severn School is providing to all Middle and Upper school students, all faculty, all staff and all parents to download for free. The app provides a quick, convenient, and discreet way to communicate directly with school administration enhancing your overall safety and allowing Severn to better protect you. “Open lines of communication between Severn and its community members is a vital part of identifying and, as a result, addressing potential threats prior to a crisis occurring. In our ongoing assessment of Severn’s safety and security procedures, we are introducing a new technology based communication app, LiveSafe, that will allow for everyone with the app to communicate potential threats and concerns in a timely manner. Severn will also use the app to push communications to families about weather delays and other school related notifications.”
